Define the job
Provide the project location, substrate, finish and intended application. Mention whether the work is residential or commercial and whether the film is for a horizontal surface, vertical detail or another use. Product suitability needs to be checked against the actual application.
List every item
Separate film quantities from tools and consumables. Note film width and finish, blade format, squeegee preference and any cleaner requirements. If you are unsure of compatibility, say so rather than assuming that all accessories suit the same installation method.
Confirm the commercial details
Request current stock, lead time, freight and pricing in writing. Product enquiries on this site do not create an order or reserve stock. Confirm the order details before making payment or promising a delivery date to your customer.
Keep the documentation
Store product data, care guidance and the order record with the project file. Give the end user the instructions for the actual installed product. If you are considering repeat orders, include typical quantities so supply options can be discussed specifically.
