From photographs to finish.

The installation process

A considered installation starts before the film reaches the benchtop. Here is what to discuss at each stage.

01 — Remote review

Send overall photographs, section measurements and the material details. We review existing condition, edge shapes and the requested coverage. If more information is needed, we ask for specific missing details. Pricing is handled remotely; we do not arrange an inspection visit just to quote.

Consider the finish, the edge profile and the light across your surface.

02 — Specification and acceptance

Review the proposed film, finish, preparation, coverage and exclusions. Any repair or restoration should be separately described. Agree the price and appointment before installation is booked. A quote request alone does not reserve an installation date.

03 — Prepare the space

Follow the preparation instructions supplied for your job. Clear the worktop and provide suitable access. Advise us about other trades, building rules and access restrictions ahead of time. Product-specific preparation and application procedures depend on the selected system.

04 — Handover and ongoing care

Review the finished coverage and receive care instructions. Confirm any settling or waiting period before cleaning or normal use, rather than relying on a generic timeframe. Keep the product information and invoice so future enquiries can be matched to the correct installation.
