Photograph the sink from above and below the edge
Show whether your sink sits above the stone or underneath it, plus the tap base and nearby fittings. Include the narrow strips of stone around the bowl and any visible chips or repaired areas. These photographs help explain the geometry without arranging a site visit just to quote.
Separate coverage from plumbing
A film enquiry does not automatically include removing taps, disconnecting plumbing or resetting a sink. If access requires another trade, responsibilities need to be agreed in writing. Tell us about a planned tap or sink replacement before booking so the sequence of work can be considered.
Address existing concerns first
Report leaks, loose fittings, failed sealant or damaged stone separately. Film does not replace a sound sink installation or repair those problems. Confirm the proposed edge termination and cleaning instructions for the selected system. Keep the accepted scope clear about which sink-surround surfaces are covered.
