Record the system
Keep the product name, finish, installation date and covered areas with your invoice. If different products or finishes were used, label each area. This makes later maintenance questions easier to answer accurately.
Keep the instructions
Request the applicable cleaning method, approved products and any return-to-use guidance. Give a copy to household members or the cleaning contractor. Instructions for bare stone may differ from those for the installed film.
Know how to report a concern
Photograph any issue before attempting a repair, and describe when it appeared. Keep the original warranty terms if a warranty was supplied. The next step should be based on the installed product and observed condition.
