For installed work, send photos, surface measurements and your suburb. Describe the material, finish and existing treatments. The installation quote should define the film, preparation, coverage and agreed work. StoneProtect handles installation enquiries as well as film and tool supply, so state which outcome you need.
What a supply enquiry needs
For supply only, specify the product or application, required width and quantity, delivery suburb and any tools needed. Ask for confirmation of available roll sizes and ordering increments. The amount of film needed depends on the cutting layout, not only the square metres of stone.
Compare the inclusions
Material supply does not by itself include installation, removal of old film, surface repairs or plumbing work. Likewise, an installation quote may not include unrelated tools or spare film unless stated. Compare written inclusions and the applicable product terms before accepting either option.
