Choose the right route.

Supply only or installed?

Buying film and arranging installation are different scopes. Be clear about the outcome you need before ordering material.

When asking about supply

Specify the film type or intended use, finish, required width and quantity. Confirm whether you need linear metres or complete rolls. Ask for availability, price, freight and the relevant product information before committing to an order.

Consider the finish, the edge profile and the light across your surface.

When asking about installation

Send surface photos, each section’s dimensions, material details and your suburb. Installation planning must account for preparation, edge profiles, fittings and the finished layout. An area calculation on its own is not an installation quote.

Do not guess the material allowance

Film width, layout, overlaps, trimming and complex details affect how much material is needed. Ask for a cutting or ordering plan appropriate to the chosen product. A square-metre estimate is useful context but is not proof that a particular roll size will cover the job.

Clarify responsibilities

For supply-only work, agree who verifies suitability, measures, installs and deals with preparation. For installed work, confirm exactly what is included. Written clarity prevents a tools or material order from being mistaken for a complete installation service.
