If the property has a lift, loading restrictions or building work hours, mention those early. Installation timing can then be discussed around the building’s requirements. Do not arrange access for a quote visit: the quotation is handled remotely.
What we need to price remotely
Send overall photos, close-ups of the finish and edges, the stone name if known and length × width measurements for every section. Explain any existing stains, burns, scratches or repairs. We review the material and proposed coverage before supplying a job-specific price.
Confirm scope before booking
The quote should identify preparation, product, finish, surfaces and exclusions. Installation availability is checked for the location and agreed work. No appointment is confirmed until you accept the proposed date and time.
